Arclight Films has acquired worldwide rights to the sci-fi thriller film, Replicate, starring Joel Courtney, Andi Matichak, and Cam Gigandet. No further details have been released, including an expected release date.

SCREEN – Arclight Films has picked up worldwide rights to sci-fi thriller Replicate, directed by John Murlowski (Black Cadillac), and Vietnamese action thriller Furie, starring fast-rising Vietnamese-Norwegian actress Veronica Ngo.

The film follows three friends making a web series about their town who discover that their neighbours are being killed and replaced by creatures that are perfect copies of their victims.

Audience Network has announced its slate of original programming for the first half of 2018, including the second season of ICE, which is set to premiere on March 28th!

DEADLINE – Audience Network will air the second installment of the diamond-trade drama, Ice, on Wednesday, March 28 at 10 p.m. ET/PT, from global independent studio Entertainment One (eOne). Cam Gigandet, Jeremy Sisto, Ray Winstone, Audrey Marie Anderson, Jocelyn Hudon and Judith Shekoni return for the second season.

DEADLINE – Production has begun on Season 2 of AT&T Audience Network’s drama series Ice,with five new cast members and returning stars Cam Gigandet, Jeremy Sisto, Ray Winstone, Audrey Marie Anderson and Judith Shekoni.

Joining Season 2 is Jocelyn Hudon(The Strain) as a new series regular playing Willow Green. She replaces Chloe East who could not return for Season 2 due to scheduling conflicts. Also set for recurring roles are Ashley Thomas (24: Legacy) as Malcolm Rose, Laura Vandervoort (Smallville) as Tessa Pryor, Amy Madigan (Gone Baby Gone) as Diane Pierce and D.B. Sweeney (Life As We Know It) as Jeff Reardon.

Filming is underway in Vancouver on the first five episodes of the Entertainment One-produced series, then will move to South Africa for another five episodes in late September. New showrunner Ed Bernero (Criminal Minds) will direct the first two episodes and serve as executive producer.

Ice follows the Green family as they plunge into the underbelly of the Los Angeles diamond trade.

This season, with Green & Green gone, and both their finances and their reputations in tatters, Jake (Gigandet) and Freddy (Sisto) must find a way to rebuild – and to redeem themselves. The discovery of a magnificent rough diamond could put the Green brothers back on top. But when Jake forces Freddy to tap into his inner demons in order to cut the stone, a chasm begins to form between the brothers Meanwhile, the death of a loved one drives Lady Rah (Shekoni) to wage war on the diamond industry – from the inside. Ostracized from the family last season, Cam (Winstone) vows to bring down Jake and Freddy, permanently – no matter what the cost. He reverts back to his East London roots, and joins forces with his estranged son Malcolm (Thomas). Ava (Anderson) also is determined to forge her own way in the diamond industry, and provide a better life for her daughter and herself, even if it means making a deal with the one person she swore she’d never ask for help… her own mother (Madigan). Willow (Hudon) gets to know the grandmother she’s been estranged from and develops her first romantic interest, with surprising consequences.

AT&T Audience Network has announced that their new series, ICE, will premiere on November 16th, 8pm ET/PT!

Jake (Gigandet) and Freddy (Sisto) are half-brothers brought together by their father Isaac (Barry), the patriarch behind G&G Diamonds and their uncle Cam (Winstone). After wildcard Freddy kills a prominent diamond dealer, his brother Jake must bail him out and save the family business from a crime lord of the Los Angeles Diamond trade (Shekoni). Jake must endure all of this while maneuvering amongst jewelry thugs, blood diamond deals, false certificates, the Feds, and Pieter Van De Bruin (Sutherland), a ruthless Afrikaner diamond merchant who now heads up an Antwerp-based diamond cartel.

Antoine Fuqua (“The Magnificent Seven,” “The Equalizer,” “Training Day”) is directing the first episode and serves as executive producer. The original series is written and executive produced by Robert Munic (“Fighting,” “The Cleaner”). eOne produces the show in association with AT&T and also controls international rights to the series.

Cam Gigandet is reuniting with his Magnificent Seven director Antoine Fuqua for a starring role in Ice, Fuqua’s drama series for A&T’s Audience network. Jeremy Sisto will star opposite Gigandet in the project, along with Donald Sutherland and Ray Winstone.

The 10-episode Ice, from Fuqua’s Fuqua Films and Entertainment One, was named after the slang word for diamonds. Written/exec produced by Robert Munic, it follows the Green family as they plunge into the underbelly of the L.A. diamond trade. Jake (Gigandet) and Freddy (Sisto) are half-brothers brought together by their father Isaac (Sutherland), the patriarch behind G&G Diamonds, and their uncle Cam (Winstone). Grindstone Entertainment Group has acquired North American rights from Paradigm to the Wes Bentley and Jaimie Alexander thriller.

Lionsgate Home Entertainment will handle distribution with a targeted release date in the third quarter of this year. Cinema Management Group handles international sales at the EFM.

Bram Coppens directed from a screenplay by James Agnew and Sean Keller about a seemingly charming young man who becomes psychotic when he is rejected.

Cam Gigandet, Alexandra Breckenridge, and Alex Ladove also star.

Wendy Benge produced and Larry Ladove served as executive producer. Stonecreek Films financed Broken Vows.
